Kind words
What changes when you stop fighting your own patterns
From the work
A few notes from people who stopped fighting themselves and started getting curious instead. The honest way to know if it fits you is to book a session.
“I stopped treating rest like a prize.”
I came in wanting a better work rhythm and left knowing why I couldn't keep one. She didn't give me a new morning routine to fail at. She helped me notice the moment I abandon myself, then practise something smaller that I actually did. I sleep more. I'm less sharp with the people I like.
“Work got clearer because I did.”
I was circling a career decision and calling it research. The sessions mixed the practical with the physical. I accepted an offer I would have talked myself out of. I also eat lunch now, which sounds silly and wasn't.
“Kind, and not vague.”
I was worried coaching would be foggy. It wasn't. We picked two patterns: my mind at night, and how I go quiet with my team. Practising between sessions kept me honest. I still get anxious. I don't disappear into it for three days anymore.
“I wanted more drive. I needed to see the pattern first.”
Every plan I made assumed I had endless energy. She kept bringing me back to what I actually do under pressure, and where I learned it. Once I could see the pattern, I stopped repeating it on autopilot. I feel more like a person who works, not a job with a person attached.
“The first time health and ambition sat in the same room.”
I've had trainers. I've had mentors. Nobody asked about both in the same hour. That was the useful part. I'm training for something smaller than a new identity: a Tuesday that doesn't wipe me out.
“I didn't have to perform insight.”
I can talk a good game about self-awareness. She waited until I said something true. Then we worked with that, not the polished version. My partner noticed before I did. I'm easier to live with. So is my calendar.

You do not have to sort out your whole life today. Book a session, tell me what keeps repeating, and we will work out whether coaching makes sense. If you have a question first, write to Prisha@mindsetmischief.com.
