Terms of service

These terms cover coaching with Prisha through Mindset Mischief, a business operated by Belleza Woo Pty Ltd (ABN 38 667 766 485). By booking a call or session, you agree to them.

Nature of the work

Coaching is a collaborative, educational process focused on your thinking, patterns and behaviour. It is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, counselling, diagnosis, medical advice or a crisis service, and it does not replace support from a qualified health professional when that is needed. You remain responsible for your choices, your health, and any professional support you seek alongside this work.

Bookings and payment

Sessions (Mind, Body or Soul) are priced at A$350 for 60 minutes or A$500 for 90 minutes. Fees are agreed with you before coaching starts and payment terms are confirmed in writing. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged. Any coaching you have paid for is used or expires as set out in your agreement.

Confidentiality

What you share is confidential, except where disclosure is required by law, or where there is a serious risk of harm.

Limitation

Results vary. No particular outcome is guaranteed. To the extent permitted by Australian law, liability is limited to the fees you have paid for coaching not yet delivered.
