A sunlit corner with room to think

Mind. Body. Soul.

What part of you needs attention?

Sometimes the problem is in the way you think. Sometimes it is in the way you live in your body. And sometimes everything looks fine from the outside, but something deeper feels disconnected.

At Mindset Mischief, you can choose where you want to begin. Three different sessions. One person. You.

Mind session

What if the situation is not the only problem?

Have you ever known logically that something should not affect you this much, yet emotionally you cannot seem to move past it?

Do you keep repeating the same thought, reaction or behaviour even when you recognise the pattern?

The Mind Session is a focused coaching conversation designed to help you examine the internal patterns influencing how you interpret and respond to your world. Using NLP-based coaching techniques, we can explore:

Perspective & reframing

What happens when you look at the same situation from a completely different position? We explore alternative perspectives so you are not automatically trapped inside the first interpretation your mind creates.

Patterns & triggers

What situations repeatedly change your emotional state? What happens immediately before you react? What meaning are you attaching to what happened? We start making the automatic more conscious.

NLP in real life

Rather than simply learning NLP terminology, you will explore practical techniques that can be applied to situations you are actually experiencing.

Creating new responses

Instead of promising to rewire your brain, we work on practising different thought patterns, associations and behavioural responses so you have more choices when familiar situations arise.

Identity & your best version

Who are you when fear, comparison and other people's expectations are not making your decisions? We explore the characteristics, behaviours, standards and beliefs of the person you want to become and how you can begin embodying them now.

Ask yourself: “If I already know what I should do, what keeps stopping me from doing it?”

Body session

What if feeling better mentally also means paying attention to how you are living physically?

Your body is not simply something you look at in the mirror. It is where you sleep, eat, move, perform, recover and experience your entire life.

A Body Session looks at the lifestyle surrounding your goals, from your relationship with food and movement to physical confidence and personal presentation. Depending on your goals, we may explore:

Nutrition & everyday habits

What are you actually putting into your body? How consistent are your meals? How do your food choices fit your energy, lifestyle and physical goals? Where appropriate, we will identify areas that should be discussed with a qualified dietitian, nutrition professional or healthcare practitioner rather than pretending coaching replaces specialist advice.

Gut & lifestyle awareness

Digestion, sleep and recovery affect performance and mood in complicated ways. We can explore your habits and concerns and help you identify when professional assessment may be appropriate.

Physical goals

Do you want to become stronger? Fitter? More energetic? More comfortable and confident in your physical presence? We turn vague intentions into clearer goals and practical actions.

Personal presence

Personality development is not about creating a fake, polished character. It is about asking: How do I walk into a room? How do I communicate? What makes me memorable? What parts of myself am I hiding to fit in? The objective is not to manufacture another version of you. It is to help you become more authentically you.

Professional support

Sometimes the smartest next step is not another coaching session. If your goals require specialist nutritional, medical or physical support, we will encourage you to work with appropriately qualified professionals alongside your coaching.

Ask yourself: “Does the way I treat my body match the life I am trying to create?”

Soul session

When was the last time you were completely still?

Not scrolling. Not working. Not planning. Not worrying. Not performing for anyone. Just present.

The Soul Session explores the quieter part of personal development. It can feel mystical. But it does not need to abandon rational thinking. This session creates space for meditation, introspection, attention and deeper self-awareness. We may explore:

Meditation and stillness

Learn approaches to settling attention and creating intentional periods of mental stillness.

Focus

In a world designed to compete for your attention, learn to become more deliberate about where your awareness goes.

Rejuvenation

Sometimes development is not about doing more. Sometimes it is about creating enough internal space to recover, reflect and return with greater clarity.

Looking within

Instead of immediately asking what you should achieve next, we might ask: What am I actually searching for? What am I avoiding by constantly staying busy? Who am I when nobody needs anything from me? What matters when external validation disappears?

Mystical curiosity, grounded exploration

There are experiences people describe as spiritual, transcendent or deeply introspective. We do not need to force every experience into either science or mysticism. Where scientific evidence exists, we can discuss it. Where something belongs to personal belief, philosophy or subjective experience, we will call it exactly that. You remain free to discover what it means for you.

Ask yourself: “When everything outside me becomes quiet, do I know how to listen to what is inside?”

Can’t decide?

Maybe you do not need to

Mind, body and inner life do not always operate in neat little boxes.

You may arrive wanting to work on confidence and discover that your daily habits need attention. You may arrive wanting physical transformation and discover that your relationship with yourself is the bigger conversation. You may arrive searching for peace and realise you have spent years living according to everybody else's expectations.

Start with what feels most relevant today. We can explore the rest as your journey develops.

Mind

Understand your patterns. Change your perspective.

Body

Strengthen your habits. Develop your presence.

Soul

Become still enough to hear yourself.

Which part of you has been asking for attention?

In their words

What clients say

“I came in wanting a better work rhythm and left knowing why I couldn't keep one. She didn't give me a new morning routine to fail at. She helped me notice the moment I abandon myself, then practise something smaller that I actually did. I sleep more. I'm less sharp with the people I like.”

Client, Melbourne

“I was circling a career decision and calling it research. The sessions mixed the practical with the physical. I accepted an offer I would have talked myself out of. I also eat lunch now, which sounds silly and wasn't.”

Client, Sydney

“I was worried coaching would be foggy. It wasn't. We picked two patterns: my mind at night, and how I go quiet with my team. Practising between sessions kept me honest. I still get anxious. I don't disappear into it for three days anymore.”

Common questions

No fixed script and no forever plan. We work out what keeps repeating and go from there. Good coaching should leave you needing me less over time, not more.

Yes. Book a single session to get a feel for how the work goes. Real change usually needs a bit of repetition, so ongoing work tends to be a series of conversations rather than a one-off — but there's no pressure to commit beyond what you've booked.

No. The people around you are welcome in the background of the work, because they live with the results. The person in the chair is you.

Sessions are 60 or 90 minutes, one-to-one by phone, with something small to practise between conversations. You choose Mind, Body or Soul depending on where you want to focus. Wherever you are, you just need a door you can close.

Mindset Mischief provides coaching and personal-development services. Coaching does not replace psychological therapy, medical treatment, dietetic/nutritional care or other regulated healthcare. Where concerns fall outside the scope of coaching, appropriate professional support should be sought.

Before you decide anything

Start with one conversation

You do not have to sort out your whole life today. Book a session, tell me what keeps repeating, and we will work out whether coaching makes sense. If you have a question first, write to Prisha@mindsetmischief.com.
